Bigg Boss OTT 2 Finale: Host Salman Khan recalls cleaning toilet in jail

The second season of JioCinema`s Bigg Boss OTT came to a conclusion on Monday. After spending eight weeks inside the house, finalists Pooja Bhatt, Bebika Dhurve, Manisha Rani and Abhishek Malhan stepped out. Elvish Yadav, a wild-card entrant, won the trophy. Abhishek was the first runner-up. The episode was a gamut of emotions. During the grand finale, the host of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Salman Khan made a revelation.

Pooja Bhatt, who had agreed to take the task of cleaning bathrooms and toilets daily in the house, maintained thorough hygiene throughout and won praise from Salman. He spoke about Pooja`s obsession with cleaning toilets and said he has never seen the toilet of the house as clean as she maintained it.

Going back in time, Salman recalled cleaning the toilets in boarding schools. The superstar said he did the same when he was lodged in jail a couple of years ago in connection with the infamous blackbuck hunting case. He said, “Koi bhi kaam bada ya chota nahi hota (No work is trivial).”

Pooja was in the Top-5 of the show. However, she couldn`t defeat Bebika, Manisha, Abhishek and Elvish in terms of votes and was evicted on the finale night. Bebika ended her journey at the Top-4. Manisha Rani became the second runner-up. Abhishek, who is keeping unwell, was taken to a hospital after the finale.

The YouTuber also known as Fukra Insaan, shared a video message from the hospital and said, “Firstly, thank you so much to all those who voted for me. I know I couldn`t win the trophy but the love that I am receiving, I swear to God I don`t feel I deserve this. Thank you to everyone. I have just returned from the Bigg Boss sets to the hospital. I am so sorry to all the media people who wanted my interview, and wanted me to speak about the show. But I had to meet the deadline. I had to come back to the hospital. As soon as I get better I will make sure I speak and express my feelings Whoever supported me, I know I disappointed you as I couldn`t get the trophy. I did my best. Whatever I could do in the last few months in the house, I did. But the love I have received from you all is my trophy. And congratulations to Elvish…Systum!”
