New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Aman Singh, an alleged co-conspirator in the NEET-UG paper leak case, from Dhanbad in Jharkhand, news agency PTI quoted officials as saying. According to the officials, the CBI developed intelligence on a Jharkhand-based module suspected to be involved in the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak, leading to Singh’s arrest.

This marks the sixth arrest by the central agency in connection with the case.

Previously, the Central Bureau of Investigation had arrested the principal and vice principal of Oasis School in Hazaribagh, along with two individuals who allegedly provided safe premises for NEET candidates, where burnt question papers were later recovered by the Bihar Police.
