The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched its third mission to the moon at 2:35 p.m. on Friday (July 14) from Sriharikota, a region in Andhra Pradesh. The team`s goal is to spend one lunar day, or 14 Earth days, on the moon. Scientists will analyse the soil, explore the moon, and record quakes once they have landed on the moon.
