Kourtney Kardashian has revealed another intimate confession about her private parts, expressing a valid concern for her vaginal health. During Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians,” the Poosh founder opened up about her worries regarding her postpartum body, which had nothing to do with the baby weight she gained.

Focus on Vaginal Health

While Kourtney admitted she’d like to lose 10 pounds after welcoming baby Rocky, her primary concern was keeping her “vagina intact.” In the clip, she explained why she’s avoiding any vigorous activities, like jumping or running, to prevent any issues. Specifically, Kourtney was worried about having a vaginal prolapse, which she thought meant her vag would “fall out.” Although her definition wasn’t entirely accurate, as prolapse refers to the vagina slipping out of position, it is still an uncomfortable condition.

To prevent this from happening, Kourtney—who is also a mom to Mason, Penelope, and Reign—has been engaging in activities like Pilates and walking to strengthen her pelvic floor.

Inducing Labor

Kourtney’s admission follows a week after she revealed that she and her husband Travis Barker tried to induce labor when she was already 3 centimeters dilated. The couple was eager to have baby Rocky on Halloween and tried various methods from the birthing playbook to make it happen. As TMZ previously reported, Kourtney did go into labor on October 31, but Rocky was born in the early hours of November 1.
