Actress Mouni Roy took to her Instagram and shared that she was hospitalised for 9 days. Her post stunned her fans. The Brahmastra actress posted a series of photos on her Instagram account, revealing that she had returned home. Mouni also stated that she is ‘recovering slowly` but is `doing quite well`. However, she did not share the cause for her hospitalisation.

Mouni, while sharing the pictures wrote, “9 days in a hospital & I’m overwhelmed by a stillness deeper than anything I have ever known. Happy to report I’m back home and recovering slowly but very well. A happy healthy life over err’ything.” 

“A big thank you to my loveliest friends who spent their precious time taking care of me, sent me wishes & love,” the actress added. Mouni, while sharing the note, gave a shoutout to her husband Suraj Nambiar and said, “There’s No one like you.. I’m forever grateful.”

Mouni Roy was seen laying on a hospital bed with a cannula in her hand in a series of photos she uploaded. 

Fans and friends rushed to the comments section shortly after the picture was uploaded, wishing Mouni a swift recovery. Mrunal Thakur penned, “What baby why??? You ok? Get well soon my doll”. “Wishing you a speedy recovery  @imouniroy” Nia Sharma wrote. While Disha Patani also showed her concern and wrote, “Awww get well soonest my monz. i love you!! Also i have the same jumper hehee” Many of Mouni’s fans also wished her a speedy recovery. One of her followers wrote, “Ya allah give healthy life to my mouniroy”. Another fan wrote, “Get well soon.”

Mouni Roy has come a long way from her being a star in Ekta Kapoor`s ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ to working with Bollywood A-listers. She rose to prominence after appearing in ‘Naagin’. Mouni made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with Akshay Kumar`s ‘Gold’. Mouni was last seen in Ayan Mukerji`s magnum opus, ‘Brahmastra’, last year. She was recently seen in the song video `Dotara` alongside Jubin Nautiyal.

Mouni will now be seen in the forthcoming sci-fi horror comedy ‘The Virgin Tree’ starring Sanjay Dutt, Palak Tiwari, and Sunny Singh.
